Site policies

Reviews on this site

• The patient reviews on our home page come straight from our Google Business Profile and update automatically.
• We show recent 4- and 5-star Google reviews that include written comments. Reviews with lower ratings or without comments are not shown on this site, so the reviews here are a selection, not the full picture.
• The rating and review count shown are Google's overall figures for all reviews. You can read every review, including lower ratings, on Google.
• Reviews appear exactly as written on Google, shortened only to fit the page. We do not edit them.
• Each reviewer's name links to their Google profile.
